In the app

Open Mira and go to Profile → Help & feedback. Your message lands in our inbox with the relevant context attached automatically, so we can move on it quickly.

What to include

A short description of what happened, what you expected instead, and roughly when it occurred. If you can, mention the screen you were on. The more specific the report, the faster we can act.

You can also write directly to support@lonumy.com. We aim to reply within two business days. Heavy weeks may run a touch longer.

Billing & refunds

Mira's subscription is billed by Apple. To cancel or request a refund, open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mira on your device. Apple handles refund decisions directly; we can guide you but don't process them ourselves.

Account or data requests

Deleting your account or exporting your data takes one tap inside the app — Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. For a data export, email us at support@lonumy.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
